Book Tag: Reader Problems

Several weeks ago, one of my favorite book bloggers (Romance Novels for the Beach) completed the Reader problems tag. I couldn’t help but try it out myself.

1. You have 20,000 books on your TBR. How in the world do you decide what to read next?

I read the one that I’ve been anticipating the most.

2. You’re halfway through a book and you’re just not loving it. Do you quit or are you committed?

It depends on why I don’t care for the book. If I only have an issue with the storyline, I’ll read to the end. If I have issues with grammar and spelling I will stop reading the book by page ten. If the storyline is okay and the editing is poor I will probably finish the book. One series I’ve been reading has notoriously poor editing, but the storyline is very interesting.

3. The end of the year is coming and you’re so close, but so far away on your Goodreads reading challenge. Do you try to catch up and how?

I have yet to encounter this problem. *Kanye Shrug*

4. The covers of a series you love do not match. How do you cope?

As long as the content matches and the storyline flows well, I do not care about the covers in a series matching.
